Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy

ThaPoetic1 offers different kinds of products and services, so there is no single refund rule for every transaction. The terms shown with a specific offer and any mandatory consumer rights that apply take precedence.

Legacy Business Systems, consulting and custom projects

Custom work may involve discovery, planning, design, development or other labour committed specifically to a client. The applicable proposal, scope, invoice or project agreement should state the payment schedule, cancellation terms, milestones and any refundable or non-refundable amounts before work begins. A request to cancel will be assessed against work already performed, committed costs and the specific agreement.

Creative Alignment Sessions

Booking, rescheduling, cancellation and refund conditions should be displayed with the booking offer or confirmation. If a session is fulfilled through an external booking or commerce platform, that platform’s applicable transaction rules may also apply.

Digital products, courses and memberships

Eligibility for a refund depends on the specific offer, whether access or delivery has begun, the platform used and applicable consumer law. ThaPoetic1 does not impose a universal “all sales final” rule through this policy.

Books, merchandise and physical goods

Books and merchandise may be purchased from third-party sellers rather than directly from ThaPoetic1. Returns, replacements, shipping issues and refunds for those purchases are normally handled by the merchant that accepted the payment.

Amazon, Spreadshop, Gumroad, Skool and other platforms

When checkout takes place on Amazon, Spreadshop, Gumroad, Skool or another clearly identified third-party platform, that merchant or platform controls payment processing and its applicable refund/return process. Please use the order support tools supplied by the platform. ThaPoetic1 cannot unilaterally reverse a transaction held by another merchant.

Direct transactions

Where ThaPoetic1 directly accepts payment, the offer should identify what is being purchased, price, expected fulfilment and applicable cancellation/refund conditions. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
