Effective: 20 September 2026. These Terms govern use of ThaPoetic1.org and ThaPoetic1 experiences that expressly incorporate them.

About ThaPoetic1

ThaPoetic1 is a Saint Lucia-based creative ecosystem founded and operated by Daneille Louis. It brings together publishing, the Journal, educational material, the Legacy Builders Network, Legacy Business Systems, Creative Alignment, Auren, books, digital resources and links to external stores and platforms.

Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If a particular service requires you to be of a certain age or to have authority to enter an agreement, you are responsible for satisfying that requirement.

Accounts and community participation

Where an account, community or classroom is provided, you are responsible for your account activity and for treating other participants lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious material, or use ThaPoetic1 systems to violate another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original ThaPoetic1 branding, writing, designs, frameworks, course materials, software interfaces and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing or accessing content does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property. You may use purchased material for the licence or purpose stated with the offer, but may not republish, resell or commercially exploit it without permission.

User submissions

You retain responsibility for material you submit. By submitting information needed to provide a service, respond to an enquiry or participate in a community, you permit its use for that purpose. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Books, courses, digital products and memberships

Descriptions, access periods, prices and fulfilment details shown with an offer form part of the purchasing context. Some products and memberships are delivered through third-party platforms. Those platforms may impose additional terms.

Legacy Business Systems and Creative Alignment

Business-system builds, consulting, Creative Alignment and custom projects may require a separate brief, scope, quotation, invoice or written agreement. Project-specific terms take priority where they expressly differ from these general Terms.

Auren and software tools

Auren is provided as a personal daily-companion tool. Features may change as the application develops. Users remain responsible for decisions made using journals, budgets, prompts, reminders or other application features and for exporting information they wish to retain where export functionality is provided.

Third-party services

ThaPoetic1 uses or links to third-party services where relevant to the ecosystem, including WordPress/EasyWP for the website, Google services for site measurement and webmaster tools, MailPoet or other configured newsletter infrastructure, OneSignal for Auren push notifications, Skool for community and learning experiences, Amazon for books, Spreadshop for merchandise, and other external merchants or service providers when clearly identified at the point of use.

ThaPoetic1 does not control an external platform’s availability, payment systems, fulfilment, privacy practices or independent terms.

Payments, refunds and cancellations

Pricing and payment details are presented with the relevant offer. Refund and cancellation treatment depends on the type of purchase and who processes it. See the Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Educational information and no guaranteed results

ThaPoetic1 publishes material about personal development, philosophy, creativity, business, wealth and financial education. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and action. No content or service guarantees income, investment performance, business success, personal transformation or any other particular result. See the Disclaimer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThaPoetic1 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general educational content, external platforms, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, abuse, security threats, non-payment for a paid service, or material breach of applicable terms.

Governing context and disputes

ThaPoetic1 is operated from Saint Lucia. Any mandatory rights or legal rules that apply to a transaction remain unaffected. Parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through good-faith direct communication before pursuing formal remedies.

Changes and contact
